The client:

A wholly owned subsidiary of a global packaging company, the global leaders in 3D right-size packaging technology. The client designs automated packaging and mailing solutions for multinational e-commerce, retail, and 3PL companies. Founded in Italy over 40 years ago, they prioritise people and planet, boasting a legacy of exceptional performance and constant innovation in packaging and mailing solutions.

The scenario:

Following a period of sustainable growth, during which the UK business witnessed turnover increasing YOY by +70%, the client’s UK Director & General Manager sought to bring in a new experienced National Service and Operations Manager due to a previous recruiter’s inability to resolve the search. The solution:

Matt immediately commenced an extensive search, personally owning the search process.
