Do you have experience working in a ventilation or building services environment? Do you have experience working as a BIM Engineer?

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client of mine for a BIM Engineer. As a BIM Engineer, you will work collaboratively on design projects to see them through from cradle to grave. You will work in a mixture of disciplines – 3D modelling, 2D AutoCAD, and Revit to ensure successful design processes. My client are leaders in the ventilation industry and are looking to grow their expansive team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the design team to oversee the process from cradle to grave.
Assist clients in developing 3D models and attend design meetings with other contractors and designers to create detailed design plans.
Update BIM component library accordingly.
Review documentation and update these in accordance with design specifications to ensure pre-construction and projects teams are informed throughout the duration of the project.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Experience working within a similar industry, ideally ventilation or building services.
Experience using document sharing sites to submit and review projects accordingly.
