Days Multi-Skilled Engineer

Days Maintenance Engineer – FMCG
Location: Norwich
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Day Shift
Salary: Up to £54,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with a market-leading manufacturing company based in Norwich currently expanding operations at their Attleborough site due to significant investment and continued growth. As a result, we’re seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and respond to machinery breakdowns on-site.
Work collaboratively within a team of engineers, reporting to the Engineering Manager and Shift Lead.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.

About You:

We’re looking for multi-skilled engineers with a strong background in FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be supported in your personal and professional development-whether that’s advancing your technical skills or stepping into leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Level 3 qualification or higher in an engineering discipline (electrical or electronic preferred).
Strong team player with a proactive and positive approach.
