This market leader has developed a superb reputation for the design, development, and manufacture of a diverse range of diagnostic equipment for a worldwide market. Their South Wales site has been tasked with further developing the electronic capability of the group, with a strong emphasis on future product design and development activities.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, maintenance and development of electronic hardware and will be responsible for supporting both new and existing products.

Design and develop electronic hardware for use within our instruments and accessories.
Produce and maintain PCB schematic diagrams.
Produce and maintain parts lists.
Support and assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical manuals.
Produce and maintain test specifications.
Meet objectives and carry out instructions in line with ISO9001 standards and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Degree educated in a related discipline.
Possess relevant manufacturing experience.
Demonstrate the ability to create electronic designs
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamentals of PCBs, microcontrollers, and analogue/digital electronics.
