The business provide superb training with a defined plan in place for each position they hire, and would be well suited to a candidate with experience in an electronic assembly type role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Electronics team member, this role will involve the production of high quality electronic products from start to finish in the manufacturing process everything from programming, configuration, assembly, calibration and packing/final inspection always seeking to improve the customers experience using Lean manufacturing.
Becoming a Lean thinker using tools like 3s, Kanban, FWBY (fix what bugs you) and adopting 2SL (2 second Lean)
Work with your team members, Team leaders, and Manager to try and continuously improve processes with the tools provided.
Host small Team meetings
Creation and updating of standard work to ensure robust processes are in place.
Work part of a team who deliver high quality parts on time for a great customer experience.

Requirements

Electronics experience needed
Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar role within Manufacturing Environment
Basic understanding of ATEX standards within Manufacturing
Strong Soldering Skills
