🌍Herefordshire (Hybrid 2 days in office a week)

💰Up to £40,000

My client are currently looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join their CRM team. One of the largest retailers in Europe you will be directly involved with the Emailing campaigns, planning, content, strategy, analytics and testing.

🏢The job:

– Creation of email marketing content and strategy for the Europe wide market
– A/B testing to improve engagement
– Support the CRM executives of the strategy
– Work with the wider marketing team to deliver the roadmap

– Management of your own team (2x Execs)
– Keeping up with trends and creating content to match them
– Constant project work, never going to be a slow day

– Delivering reviews and changing the strategy to match it

💻The key requirements:

– Commercial use of CRM

– B2C Email marketing and campaign management

– Reporting tools, Google Analytics/ Looker/ ESP tools.
– Automation experience

– Strategy implementation
– Ability to work on multiple projects the same time
– Team Leadership skills

– Attention to detail
– Content creation
