I am recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a well-established organisation, leading a small team and driving maintenance performance within a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance planning and ensure equipment reliability across site operations
Work closely with internal teams to ensure engineering support aligns with wider business needs
Contribute to ongoing improvements across engineering and operational performance
Monitor maintenance performance and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement
Support the introduction and upgrade of equipment where required
Manage third-party suppliers and contractors, ensuring safe and effective delivery of work
Ensure all systems and processes remain compliant with relevant regulations and standards

Experience:

Engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity within an engineering environment
