Our client is a leading food manufacturer who has shown consistent growth since starting up. Due to continued business and expansion, they are looking to add a Team Leader to the night shift overseeing 4 Engineers.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage 4 Engineers across 2 shifts
Get involved in CAPEX Projects
Conduct Root Cause analysis and continuous improvements across the site
Manage and drive team KPIs
Manage the PPM Schedule
Perform hands on maintenance & repairs to production machinery

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

A recognised engineering qualification (ideally NVQ level 3 or higher)
Experience within an FMCG industry- ideally food
Experience leading a team of engineers
Be multiskilled with solid mechanical & electrical abilities
