We’re recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi-skilled maintenance engineer ready to step into a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of up to 5 engineers
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
Drive continuous improvement and team development
Report directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvement
FMCG experience highly desirable
