We’re Looking for a Fabrications Team Leader who’s ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact with a growing company in the Evesham area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead safe and efficient brake press operations.
Oversee machine maintenance (TPM) and maintain a clean, organised workshop.
Enforce health & safety standards for all staff and visitors.
Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and promote a positive work culture.
Maintain production flow and ensure schedules are met.
Track attendance, manage holidays, and log project hours accurately.
Read technical drawings and collaborate with design and production teams.
Advise on processes, materials, and supplier choices.
Order materials within budget and escalate issues when necessary.

What You’ll Bring

Proven hands-on experience with brake press and fabrication.
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Understanding of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
Confident IT skills for scheduling, reporting, and resource planning.
A positive attitude – practical, team-oriented, and no egos.
