Field Service and Aftersales Support Manager

Field Service and Aftersales Support Manager – Chippenham
23 Days Holiday + Banks (Increasing with Service)
Up to £50k + Bonus + Commission

The Role

Attending customer sites to produce and provide inspection reports for the sales department
Identifying new customers and new areas for sales growth
Following up on quotations to convert into sales
Responsible for aftersales service engineering department
Providing technical support to customers
Overall responsibility for the South region of the business

Key Skills and Experience

Machinery or Industrial equipment background would be very beneficial
Leadership experience managing a field service engineering team
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering
Understanding of ERP systems
Motivated by commerical and technical aspects of the role

Up to £50,000
