Field Service Engineer

Our client is a globally leading technology company in the CNC industry and their equipment and machinery is highly regarded worldwide. Service and reliability are massively important to our client and is one of the main reasons why they are so successful.

Due to year-on-year growth an exciting opportunity is available for a technically motivated Engineer.

You will be based in the Southeast area or Midlands’s area and will be responsible for breakdowns and servicing of CNC machinery.

Role & Responsibilities

*Installing and maintaining machines at customers sites
*Training of new and existing customers on the maintenance
*Developing and maintaining customer relationships
*Ensure customer satisfaction is met
*Providing assistance in the consultation of sales and service offers

Required Skills & Experience

*Engineering and tooling background
*Understanding and knowledge of PLC and CNC systems and mechanical engineering
*Qualified up to degree level or apprentice trained with NVQ’s
*Excellent communication skills in both telephone and written
*Ability to work independently

Generous Package

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 + Overtime paid door to door OTE £42,000

*Overtime paid door to door
*Phone, iPad, laptop all tools to be successful
