A global manufacturing business based in Witney are looking to take on Global Systems Coordinator. As a Global Systems Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and policies . My client prioritises the development and welfare of staff providing excellent career progression opportunities and training. This role will provide excellent work life balance offering days based role and a four day working week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company policies (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Support environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives
Support third-party audits, Support and participate in supplier audits, Plan, conduct, and report internal system audits
Ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
To identify improved systems of work, through the process improvement system

Requirements

Experience in a quality / compliance background. Ideally coming from an automotive or other highly regulated sector. Environmental
IATF16949 / Automotive experience, experience of working with ISO14001, ISO9001. – internal and external audit experience.
Experience in a quality or compliance role within the automotive manufacturing environment
Experience working with OEM customer requirements and portals
