I am working with an established business looking to take on a Graduate Business Executive to work within a busy manufacturing business in South Wales. This role would be well suited to a graduate with a degree in a subject like Finance or Business, who will be exposed to operations and sales functions of the business through a structured training plan. Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and customer expectations.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Exposure to people management and HR responsibility.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have a degree in a business related subject – Business, Finance, Economics etc
This role will require you to be a detail orientated individual.
An outgoing and confident personality.
The ability to reliably commute to Ystrad Mynach.
