We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager within the Bridgwater area for one of our clients who are a major manufacturer across the globe. With multiple sites across the world, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in some major projects and be part of an outstanding organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing the HR activities across the business and personnel.
Administration for new and existing employees – Payroll, absence, calendars, sickness, onboarding and recruitment.
Working alongside external recruitment partners with the onboarding of new employees.
Managing all communications across other sites globally.
Data management across the business with documentation and compliance.
Working with ERP systems.
Performance / KPI management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

5+ years’ experience within a HR position or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing a varied workload.
Experience with general office management duties.
