Infrastructure Analyst

Infrastructure Analyst – £30k – £40k – Bristol (Hybrid) – AD, Server, VMware, 365

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Analyst. You will be working within an established team completing escalated 3^rd line BAU activities and some occasional project work. The environment is Microsoft focused and you’ll be working alongside some experts in their field who will assist in your progression and training moving forward. .

Key responsibilities:
– being the escalation point for the 2^nd line team

– Creating/ updating documentation when required
– Ensuring servers and endpoints are patched to the required standard
– day to day support of various systems such as VMware, Storage etc
– Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
– Coaching and mentoring other team members

Skills/ Qualifications:
– Good understanding of Microsoft technologies
– Demonstrable experience in his level support

– Experience in a similar role
– Good experience with cloud technologies (Azure/ Microsoft 365)
– Strong experience of virtualisation technologies (VMware/ Hyper-V)
– Ideally have qualifications in Microsoft
– Good understanding of Networks
