IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst – 25k to 27k DOE IT Support, Office 365, Domain management.
Somerset, Hybrid
My client is looking for an IT Support analyst to join their team, You will be responsible for managing the ticket queue and prioritising according to urgency and importance. You will be responsible for domain management, MDM (mobile device management), and working with Office 365 Suite. There are fantastic opportunities to progress within due to continuing growth and demand for service from their extensive client base!

They are going through a period of transformation and need a skilled problem solver to join their team as an IT support analyst. You will need to have experience with first and second line duties in an It support capacity. You will have experience with the following:
-Office 365
-Domain management
-Active directory
-MDM (mobile device management)
-Working within an IT or service department
-Ticket queues
You will be hungry to progress and put your IT skills to good use.
You will have access to training courses to advance your knowledge as you progress.
This company has a family feel to it and value their people whilst adhering to strict compliance guidelines. You will be working on site 2 to 3 days a week (alternating week by week) You will be an efficient worker, effective problem solver and be able to work within timeframes.
The role entails:
-Domain management
-Active directory
-Keep the calls moving through the helpdesk, providing fast resolutions
-Ticket management: Incidents, Problems, Change and New Requests
-Regular service update communications
