In a newly created role, this position will see you working on bespoke designs for a variety of customers. This position would be well suited to a candidate who has a good background in design, who would like to develop their project management skillset. Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be working in an office based function, liaising with customers and the production team, generating CAD drawings based off customer requirements.
Produce detailed technical CAD drawings for production.
Liaise with customers to understand requirements, and come back to them with quotations.
Work alongside suppliers around pricing of materials.

Requirements

Design experience.
Mechanical engineering qualifications – HND, Degree.
Solidworks experience.
Sheet metal design.
Experience dealing with customers on quotations
