A global manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Logistics Manager join their growing team during its next phase of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation, where you’ll have the chance to build and lead a high performing Logistics and warehouse team.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Logistics & Warehouse (L&W) Lead will oversee and take full ownership of all Logistics processes and functions for site. This role will ensure that all targets are met by managing resources safely, efficiently, maintaining core standards, and implementing the logistics schedule for efficient operations.

The Lead will be responsible for coordinating across multiple different departments to ensure smooth warehousing operations and for implementing safety and quality control measures within the process, including continuous improvement activities which achieve operational excellence.

Maintaining Health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
Developing succession plans for all areas of responsibility.
Achievement of main KPIs of the L&W processes.
Management of all stock control and HOKE with the highest possible level.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Supply Chain Management experience.
Supply chain background – Both Warehousing and Logistics control.
Leadership Qualification e.g. ILM
Microsoft / SAP experience.
