Company Overview:

We are supporting a well-established manufacturing site in the Malvern area. The business is looking to grow their Engineering team with a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to keep operations running smoothly and support ongoing site improvements.

This is a practical, workshop-based role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering work in a busyproduction environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across all site equipment
Carry out planned, preventive and reactive maintenance to maximise uptime
Assist with small subprojects, such as equipment modifications or upgrades
Read and work from technical documentation, including P&IDs, blueprints, and drawings, and liaise with contractors when required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience with practical problem-solving skills
Welding (MIG/TIG), pipefitting, and general workshop engineering experience
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering/instrumentation, or apprentice-trained
Desirable: experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or process machinery
