Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Shifts: 12h shifts / 3 on 4 off / 4 on 3 off

Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Kidderminster, Dudley

Company Overview:

We are supporting a long‑established manufacturing facility in the Birmingham area. The site operates a high‑volume production environment and is continuing to invest in its equipment, processes, and engineering capability.

Role & Responsibilities:

Investigate faults to identify root causes and put effective fixes in place
Support production during breakdowns, keeping machinery running reliably
Carry out planned maintenance and mechanical tasks across key equipment
Work with different teams to support improvements, product changes, and technical problem‑solving

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Level 3 qualification in engineering preferred
Electrical knowledge required
Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience
