Maintenance Engineer

Contract Maintenance Engineer

West Bromwich

£330 Per Day (Outside IR35)

3 Shift Pattern (Nights, Lates, Earlies)

Our client is a well-known fast-paced manufacturer, part of a larger group in the UK. They are now looking for a contract maintenance engineer to ensure downtime is at a minimum.

Role & Responsibilities:

Root cause analysis and fault-finding
Reactive and Proactive Maintenance tasks
Ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum
Ensuring H&S and hygiene standards are met
Leading technicians and engineers on breakdowns
Prioritising tasks using CMMS

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification or higher
Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Electrical / Mechanical maintenance experience
Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
PLC Fault-finding experience
18^th Edition Wiring Regulations
