My client, a global manufacturing company are looking to bring in an experience Maintenance Planner to add to their engineering function. As part of a global brand, this company offers long term job security and technical progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data.

Role Description

Schedule maintenance activities across the manufacturing areas and facilities utilising CMMS software
Scheduling and creating work orders
Improving maintenance management systems
Creating predictive, emergency, and preventive maintenance schedules
Manage the maintenance planning systems and processes for the engineering workshops, generating the required task lists.
Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reviewed, and the gap analysis is carried out on a regular basis to understand and input into the improvement plan
Estimating costs of labour and parts for industrial equipment

Skills and Qualifications

3 years minimum professional experience in a manufacturing, or maintenance planning role
Proficiency with CMMS software
Experience in delivering training or coaching others in CMMS software
Experience in the implementation of local capex project, building maintenance schedules, planning maintenance activities, and managing smaller scale installations and contractors
