Roles & Responsibilities

Asset Integrity – ensuring safe operation, mechanical integrity and reliability of equipment/assets
Creation of effective planned maintenance strategies, schedules and task lists
Plan, schedule and manage the execution of small-scale maintenance projects
Provide engineering support for projects
Fully conversant with relevant legislation, including COMAH and PSSR
Experience in planning, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
Read, interpret, and check technical drawings & engineering flow diagrams
Utilities including steam generation/distribution, air compressors and cooling towers
Rotating plant including pumps, fans, gear boxes, agitators, turbines and rotary valves
Understanding of chemical process plant equipment, absorbers, exchangers etc.
Creating maintenance instructions and risk assessments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Relevant qualification within mechanical engineering – Degree qualified ideally
Strong mechanical background and experience
Experience of working within a process control environment would be desirable

Benefits Package

£37000 – £44,000 annual salary
Monday to Friday days position
