Multi-Skilled Engineer (FTC) – St Austell

£18 – £20 an hour – Day Shift – Monday – Friday + Flexibility – Potential For Permanent Position – Immediate Start

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large manufacturing company based in St Austell. This position will be interim, for up to 4 months with the potential to be extended into a permanent position.

The ideal candidate with have a strong background within manufacturing with both mechanical and electrical skills and maintenance experience within a similar industry.

£18 – £20 an hour
Day Shift – Monday – Friday

Role & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repair of all machinery on site.
Risk assessments and troubleshooting.
Planned and preventitive maintenance.
Dealing with all mechanical and electrical repairs and installations.
Following schematics.
Dealing with customer queries/service.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Mechanical / Electrical engineering qualifications.
Time served apprenticeship would be ideal.
18^th Edition wiring regulations would be desirable.
Hands on maintenance experience.
Experience within a manufacturing environment.
