Three-shift pattern (earlies, afternoons and nights)

£46,000+

What you’ll be doing

PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a wide range of bespoke automated and pneumatic-powered machinery & equipment
Root-cause analysis (RCA) approach to fault-finding to optimize reliability, efficiency and longevity of machinery, equipment and parts
Managing parts stock & ensuring any replacements are ordered in a cost-effective, responsible and auditable manner
Mentor and develop junior members of the engineering team

What you’ll need

Time-served as a multiskilled maintenance engineer
The ability to undertake basic electrical fault-finding
Solid understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
An NVQ Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent industry-recognized qualification
Basic PLC fault-finding (desirable)
FMCG background or similar (highly desirable)
17^th or 18^th Edition (desirable)
Supervisory background or experience of mentoring (desirable)

The ability to work autonomously & support the wider maintenance team
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high production environment
A willingness to develop technically
