Company Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team, supporting high-speed automated production and site services equipment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Predominantly electrical maintenance role with some mechanical responsibilities, focused on keeping production equipment running efficiently
Skilled in fault-finding, carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns safely and effectively
Able to identify performance issues, record findings clearly and communicate improvements to enhance reliability
Ensures all equipment and maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards within a regulated food production environment

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Solid experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis within a manufacturing environment
Experience in food production or FMCG
Both mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience

Experience with refrigeration systems, glycol chillers or industrial boilers (desired)
Basic welding skills advantageous
