This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world leader in an maintenance role. This role is well suited to a candidate with a strong manufacturing background, with experience of mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Carry out fault diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and provide rapid response to breakdown situations.
Execute planned preventative maintenance tasks according to the plant schedule.
Undertake Engineering Planned Maintenance activities within the Department.
Ensure that safe working conditions are always maintained in conjunction with company 6’s and Risk Assessment policies.
Assist with the improvement methods of reducing plant downtime and increasing plant efficiencies.

Requirements

Formally recognised engineering qualifications and an apprenticeship.
Mechanically biased, with a multiskilled background.
Flexibility to work on a variety of shift patterns.
Manufacturing experience.
