Parts Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and reduce lead times.
- Regularly review and update parts catalogue, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and timely procurement of parts.
- Monitor and analyse parts usage trends to forecast demand and minimize excess inventory.
- Lead the service team in providing timely and efficient maintenance and repair services for our metal fabrication equipment.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites, ensuring timely response and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of service activities.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of service technicians.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
