In joining this company, you will receive a generous benefit package, and a chance to work with an established global leader in innovation and technology. As a Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the qualification, verification, and validation of processes.

Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the Process Engineering team’s daily activities.
Facilitate the professional development of the Process Engineering team members.
Enable smooth communication between departments
Drive the success of new product introductions and continuous improvement.
Oversee the development, validation and verification of new processes for new products.
Deliver solutions for continuous improvement.
Oversee the production of supporting documentation for new processes and procedures.
Work within our Phase Gate structure and own the Design Transfer phase.
Work with new product development teams to advise on the design for manufacture.
Oversee the training of manufacturing staff on new processes, such as delicate mechanical, assembly, soldering, board programming and calibration.
Oversee the design, build and specification of manufacturing jigs, tools and equipment.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of new parts

Skills and Experiences

Experience leading a team.
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related subject.
Ability to travel

Desirable

Electronics assembly and soldering proficiency
Understanding of CE/EMC compliance principles
Programming experience
