A leading medical device manufacturer, my client is looking to add a Process Validation Engineer to their already successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing company who provide industry leading solutions in the treatment of cancer. Their product is sold domestically and exported globally. The successful candidate will join a revolutionary medical device manufacturer with the opportunity to make a real-life impact in the field of cancer treatments.

Role & Responsibilities:

 Work with the product development teams to create a robust and compliant, Product Quality Plan
 Provide quality education and training where appropriate
 Identify and report deficiencies to the teams and management in accordance with the non-conformance process
 Work with the Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure that the design supply base is sufficiently robust to ensure delivered product is compliant
 Where required, review and approve project related documentation used to demonstrate compliance to regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and experience

 Experienced working within a Quality Management System such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
 Previous experience in a Quality Engineering, Process Validation or Regulatory role
 Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
 Experience of supporting new product development teams in a quality role is beneficial
 An understanding of process validation, process control and electronics manufacturing techniques desirable.
