Great opportunity to join an industry leading company based near Dawlish, Devon.

You will be joining a small, high performing design team working on a variety of projects within the Furniture industry.

The Role:

Designing products that are highly commercial , and designed for volume sales, typically upholstered beds, Cabinets and chairs.
Creating final visuals for both in house and customer presentation
Design & Development through sketching and CAD modelling and rendering
Travel to customer sites – biggest client is in high wycombe – 1x per quarter but they travel as a team.
Hold product presentations online, as a lot of customers are up north.
Clear and pricise communications via emails, Teams, etc between factories, colleagues & customers.

The Person:

High level of creativity and visual communication skills
BSc in Product Design or similar
Proficiency in 2D and 3D SolidWorks or similar
Some knowledge of manufacturing processes
Huge attention to detail, and meticulous working practices
Knowledge of Photoshop would be great
