Production Manager

Night Shift – 3 on 4 off – 12 hour night shifts

Our indstrial manufactuing client based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Production Manager to join their Night shift. The Production Management team are made up of 4 split across days and nights.

The main roles and responsibilities for the position are as follows:
Managing staff of around 25 Production Ops / Machine Minders (Including Shift Team Leaders)
This position is more of a ‘Hands off’ management role
Day to Day man management – Absences, Holidays, 121s, Disciplinaries, Pulling up on performance issues.
Manage the KPIs and ensure they are met – Wastage, Downtime, Cost, productivity output etc
Quality Checking
Record accidents / near misses / hazards to Health & safety

I’m looking for candidates who have worked on a night shift previously and within a manufacturing or production environment.

3 x 12 hour shifts per week
