Our client is a well established leading medical devices manufacturing company looking for a Production Manager. Due to the growth of this expanding company, a Production Manager role has opened up!

Role and Responsibilities:
– Scheduling and planning for production team
– Managing 2 main departments (Assembly and testing/manufacture of devices (clean room)
– Drive improvement and efficiency of production
– Working with Quality, Compliance, Engineers, Finance and Planning
– Training and recruiting
– Report to Head of Ops

Skills and Experience:
– Previous experience as a Production/Manufacturing Manager or Team Leader
– 2 years experience in a high end assembly role
– MRP/ERP software experience and Six Sigma experience advantageous
