£40,000 – £45,000

4 on 4 off Days and Nights

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Production Manager to join a UK known FMCG manufacturer in the Exeter Area!

With no day ever being the same the Shift Production Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all activities across the site. Managing a team of 50+
Lead and manage 5S Process across the site
Ensure the environmental management system is followed and adhered to complying with ISO 14001/50001
Deliver the production plan to the required and budgeted time line
Manage teams training and development needs and maintain training record/matrix

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Food / FMCG industry experience
Supervisory/Management experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong health and safety experience and knowledge
5S process knowledge
Have a strong continuous improvement initiative
