Role & Responsibilities:
* responsible for a team of over a 100 people, manage all aspects of their shift
* improve the quality, efficiency and production costs through engaging and supporting your team
* Driving the delivery of key operational KPI’s

• implementation of lean manufacturing processes and deliver continuous improvement

  Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  * experienced manager with enthusiasm, drive and determination

• Experience and knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
  * Understanding of all components of a value stream

  Package and Benefits:

  * £45,000 – £50,0000
  * 4 on 4 off Nights (6.00pm – 6.00am)
