They are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate will be Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing resources to ensure that production targets are met. This is an excellent opportunity with training and development for the long term.

Role Description

Achieve daily production targets by prioritising manufacturing activities and ensuring that work is completed to the required quality, cost and time standards
Organize workflow and resource and ensure employees understand their duties and tasks
Ensure continuity of operation by conducting accurate and effective handover of relevant safety, quality, production, and maintenance information
Lead and participate in risk assessments and incident root cause investigations
Train, mentor and assess competency of their team
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Lead people toward meeting the organisations vision, mission and goals

Skills and Qualifications

Manufacturing Operations NVQ Level II or equivalent
ILM level 3 Leadership and management or equivalent
Lean six sigma green belt certification (D)
