Are you a Production Leader who would be interested in joining an organisation which supplies high-performance solutions to customers across a range of industries, operating within a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence?

The role:

Responsible for leading a production team to deliver safety, quality, and performance targets.
Manage and develop a team of 15 employees, including Line Leaders and Cell Leaders.
Hold appraisals and disciplinaries.
Monitor productivity, quality, and OEE, taking corrective action where required.
Lead team briefings, share key business updates, and promote a positive working environment.
Work closely with other departments to resolve issues, improve performance, and achieve operational objectives while maintaining Health & Safety standards.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in leading a Production Team.
Experienced within manufacturing or production environments.
Ideally prior experience within; Machinig, precision engineering or CNC.
