Are you a Production Team leader or a Production Shift Manager looking to join a business that gives you the opportunity to help your grow and develop your team?

My client are a plastic manufacturing company in Norwich who are looking for a Production Shift Supverisor to join the business.

Main responsibilities:

Managing a team of around 10 made up of Setters and Operators
Reporting into the Production Manager
Developing the team in terms of training, meeting KPI targets and general improvements of the team
Carrying out handovers every shift
Assisting with the budgeting for the department alongside the manager
Making sure the team are adhering to health and safety standards
Carrying out general admin tasks – Discaplinaries
