What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead & Develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
Own Audits – internal, external, customer and certification (including BRC)
Drive Improvements through non-conformance reporting and incident investigations
Coach & Inspire a team of 10 across QA and Lab functions
Be the Expert – confidently run BRC audits and manage customer complaint processes

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in Food Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Technical Management
Strong background in B2B complaint handling
Hands-on experience with non-conformance reporting
Confident in BRC auditing (solo capability required)
Demonstrated leadership in a quality or lab environment
HACCP Level 2 certification
