Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector to take ownership of inspection and quality processes within a manufacturing environment. This varied role combines hands-on inspection, audits and quality documentation, with responsibility for maintaining standards, identifying improvements and supporting production teams.

Roles/Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, machined components, fabrications and finished products.
Use CMM and Faro Arm equipment to verify product quality and compliance.
Lead internal and external audits, investigations and root cause analysis activities.
Complete quality documentation, including FAIRs, inspection reports, NDT reports and certification packs.
Manage the calibration programme and maintain inspection equipment records.
Work closely with production teams to drive quality standards.

About You

Quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment.
CMM and/or Faro Arm programming experience, ideally using PolyWorks.
Background in motorsport, aerospace or automotive manufacturing.
Strong understanding of inspection processes, measurement and quality standards.
NDT certification beneficial, but full training can be provided.
