Job Description

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality team.
Liaising with Production Managers, Engineers, Works Inspectors and NDT to ensure timely and effective quality Control is exercised on company products.
Creation and maintenance of Quality Procedures and the company quality Manual.
Identifying, implementing and progressing quality improvement projects
Reporting on Customer complaints and Customer satisfaction responses.
Responsibility for NDT department operations.
Planning and coordinating Internal Audits.
Welding Engineering, Welding procedure compiling & qualification, Welder approval qualification.
Assist with the maintaining of ISO9001, ISO1473, 45001 and 14001 quality management systems.

Requirements

Quality Management experience.
Preferable experience in fabrication and manufacturing environment.
Qualified European Welding Engineer/Technologist.
Hold a PCN/CSWIP in an NDT discipline is desirable.
Desirable experience in running and maintaining an ASME ‘S’ & ‘U’ stamp quality system.
