An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to join the Senior Management team at a leading manufacturing business. The successful candidate will have extensive background knowledge of Quality Management, but have access to continuous training and development at a world class manufacturing facility.

Role Description

Deploy Quality strategy and goals through site specific projects and targets
Coach and develop staff to ensure a high perfoming quality system, to deliver best practice results & meet objectives
Builds quality and consumer safety skills and knowledge through coaching and training of the team
Ensures implementation and on-going compliance that are applicable to the site
Initiates and supports structured Quality improvement activities
Ensures quality throughout the entire production cycle by implementing testing program aligning with business requirements and specification
Influence all levels of the team, driving Quality Management leadership as an active member of the Site Leadership Team

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in a Senior Leadership position
Must have experience & knowledge of IATF16949 & AS9100
Ability to coach, mentor and develop department managers on quality management
