Salary & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to verify compliance with product specifications and quality standards
- Perform specialist testing, including mineral fibre testing, panel shear testing, and fit tests to support production requirements
- Inspect, measure, and record incoming raw materials, including wool slab conformity checks
- Carry out routine quality inspections, yard audits, and Health & Safety checks
- Analyse test data to identify trends, non-conformances, and continuous improvement opportunities
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Quality Technician role
- Strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills
- Can interpret test data and material behaviours
