A starting salary of £29,976
Annual profit share, up to 10%
9% company pension (5% employer contribution + 4% employee contribution)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to verify compliance with product specifications and quality standards
Perform specialist testing, including mineral fibre testing, panel shear testing, and fit tests to support production requirements
Inspect, measure, and record incoming raw materials, including wool slab conformity checks
Carry out routine quality inspections, yard audits, and Health & Safety checks
Analyse test data to identify trends, non-conformances, and continuous improvement opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Quality Technician role
Strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills
Can interpret test data and material behaviours
