Roles and Responsibilities:-

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the team to fulfill potential
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients to drive revenue growth.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements.
Working withthe Engineering department to discuss the feasibility of customer requirements and designs

Experience and Skills:-

Previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential
Experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment would be preferred
Previous experience selling electro-mechanical, heating and ventilation, electrical, electronic products would be desirable.
