I am working with a Yeovil client who is looking for a senior developer to join their team.

This is a hybrid role, that will require working in the Yeovil office 2 to 3 days per week.

You will be helping to design and develop business applications, as well as automating processes, and maintenance of existing applications.

This is an agency environment, experience dealing with external stakeholders is an advantage.

You will be mentoring more junior developers, supporting where needed.

You will be working across the full stack, with a variety of languages and frameworks including C#, JavaScript, React, jQuery, Blazor, Razor, HTML, CSS, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, SQL.

You will also get the chance to work with some native technology including Xamarin, Syncfusion, Blazor, MAUI – any experience of these is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Take the lead on new software solutions.

Mentor and guidance of more junior team members.

Developing clean, maintainable and scalable code for Web, Mobile and Desktop applications.

Ensure thorough documentation is in place.

Share knowledge throughout the team.

Experience / Requirements:

Mentoring of more junior developers

Attention to detail

Experience working with client / server-side applications

C#, .Net, .Net Core,

Frontend – some of the following: JavaScript – React, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JSON, Bootstrap CSS, Entity

SQL (MySQL), LINQ

Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, Azure Web Apps

XML, XSLT, Schema, Document Type Definition

Rest API

Desirable:

Syncfusion, Blazor, Razor, MAUI, Xamarin
