Monday – Friday 05:00am – 14:00pm | Monday – Thursday 12pm – 8pm

Our client, a well-established family-run manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Supervisor Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop floor. This pivotal role will ensure that production runs seamlessly and that all machinery operates at peak efficiency.

Roles/Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations on shift, ensuring production targets are met
Support with machine setting, and preparing machines for production
Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, stripping, and cleaning
Monitor and respond to machine performance, addressing breakdowns or maintenance needs promptly
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to operators
Contribute to continuous improvement

About You

Must have experience in the plastics industry
Must have basic machinery maintenance skills
Must have supervisory experience
