Would you like to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business, part of a multi-million-pound group, that values itself at being at the forefront of innovative new products and challenger brands. They are looking for a driven, dynamic & ambitious Senior Technical Manager that wants to help drive the business forward and disrupt the marketplace! (in a good way!)

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Manager:-

Lead the global technical strategy for technically taking products to market
Manage and develop a team of Technical Managers both in the UK and US
Work closely with overseas manufacturing facilities in the US and Europe
Ownership of major technical, quality & food safety issues, RCA and implement corrective actions
Support the selection and onboarding of new manufacturing partners
Improve efficiency, reduce costs, drive continuous improvement and performance
Present technical information to senior leaders within the business

Knowledge, Experience & Attributes needed to be the Senior Technical Manager:-

Character character character!! – driven, ambitious, innovative, motivated, forward thinking
Knowledge of food safety and technical standards in manufacturing
Comfortable with traveling overseas to manufacturing facilities
Leadership and coaching skills
Able to spin multiple plates, where no day is ever the same
Previously been involved with NPD & NPi projects
Results drive – continuous improvement approach
