£14.35 per hour (entitled to the quality bonus which is guaranteed £50 per week min average 5k)

My client are looking for a Team Leader – Supply & Line Control to join their growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support quality issues with Build
Inspect / Measure / Investigate non-conforming parts including rejects
Control supplier returns & Quarantine
Support Stakeholder meeting.
Request Production resource for hands on rectification.
Managing a pit lane (where the problems go for resolution).
Holding team meetings.
Overseeing a team of 4.
Customer feedback checks
Stock checks for quality related issues.

I am looking to talk with candidates with the following skills:

Manufacturing background, automotive background would be well suited.
Forward thinking.
Able to hold their own in a conversation.
Vast quality knowledge.
Supervisory knowledge would be beneficial.
Quality supervisor would fit well.
