Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Technical Manager to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

responsible for food safety, staff tarining and quality of products
hosting site audits
communicating with customers regarding reuirements and complaints
conform to the intended quality, legislation and product design
carrying out risk assesments, reporting accidents and preventing insurance claims
manage change to to meet current business requiremnts
carry out weekly production meetings and report major issues to the managing director
monitor production
responsible that the technical and quality sytems dont become office based departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

food safety management within the food manufacturing industry
experience in technical management within the food indsutry
